People Strategy Lead

Position Summary

This position will aid and assist value creation within the organization by helping accomplish overall business objectives through your people efforts including realigning our people to business objectives, enhancing people performance, supporting people development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic People initiatives, managing People consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining people relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.

Job Functions

  • Own building a top talent culture at Easy Fresh
  • Serve as a liaison between various teams for people related matters
  • End-to-end recruitment and supporting in recruitment related branding activities
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor HR department’s budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Manage daily operations of the HR department
  • Own the recruiting pipeline from preparing the Job Descriptions, consulting with the department heads on talent requirements and promoting the job on company networks
  • Take care of employee onboarding including conducting the orientation, sending in the welcome pack and coordinating with technical team to setup necessary credentials
  • Implement employee assessment, development, and training programs inside our HR framework
  • Manage all benefits for the employees including medical, EBF etc. This includes annual policy review, employee communication and day-to-day helpdesk inquiries
  • Closely monitor the KPIs of all the employees and perform periodic appraisals
  • Generate performance reports periodically and when required
  • Calculate employee wages and contractor payments based on the timesheets and coordinate with the finance department to process the payments
  • Responsible for employee record keeping
  • Develops deep relationships with the business understanding their talent needs and business objectives
  • Reviews and assesses talent making recommendations to the business
  • Develops networks and knowledge within specialist areas across corporate FMCG companies and related companies who are in the agri-tech industry. 
  • Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service to all businesses whilst engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey
  • Works closely with the regional TA Partners and shared services team to thoroughly brief and co-ordinate appropriate levels of talent identification and candidate sourcing support where needed.
  • Advises the Hiring Manager on remuneration package details within approved budgets and market rates, extends offer and negotiate terms with candidates

Required Skills/Experience

  • Ideally a Master’s or bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Human Resource preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial approach to problem solving
  • Designing and delivering tools, processes, and systems to attract, inspire, and develop our Talent(people),
  • Designing our organizations and leading change management to maximize productivity and reduce complexity to enable peak performance,
