Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic superstar who feels passionately about creating the best value proposition for EasyFresh and its partners. As a Telesales Agent you will be managing our key customers by taking orders from them on calls and making sure there order gets delivered to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily calling should be done to 120 unique customers of EasyFresh.
- Out of 120 calls 80 should be connected
- Daily target of orders is 25 and over achieving can be result in great compensations.
- Proper record should be maintain of the calls that are connected.
- Feedback should be taken at the end of every call an agent makes
- Treating each and every customer with respect.
